• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services
• Users are responsible for evaluating professionals before hiring
• We provide tools for reviews, ratings, and secure payments

Payment processing on FIXARO:

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Clients pay FIXARO, and we pay professionals after service completion
• FIXARO charges a service fee (percentage of transaction value)
• Fees are clearly displayed before confirming transactions
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Users must not attempt to circumvent payment system

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial messages

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by FIXARO:

• FIXARO trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
• Users grant FIXARO license to use content they post on the platform
• Users retain ownership of their original content
• Users must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices

FIXARO's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for services provided by professionals
• We do not guarantee availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Account termination:

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
• We may terminate accounts without notice for serious violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
• Termination does not affect existing contractual obligations

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where FIXARO is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of our registered jurisdiction.
